HBOT Services at Southwest San Antonio
Our Southwest San Antonio HBOT program offers FDA-cleared hyperbaric oxygen therapy for diabetic lower extremity wounds, radiation tissue damage including osteoradionecrosis, radiation cystitis and proctitis, refractory osteomyelitis, failed skin grafts and flaps, gas gangrene, crush injuries, idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss, and carbon monoxide poisoning. All indications are covered by Medicare and most major insurance plans. Our board-certified hyperbaric physicians supervise every session.
What to Expect
Each HBOT session lasts 60–120 minutes. Patients breathe 100% medical-grade oxygen at 2–3 times normal atmospheric pressure, delivering 10–15 times more oxygen to damaged tissue than normal breathing. Most Medicare-approved conditions require 20–40 sessions. Sessions are comfortable — patients may read, watch TV, or rest. Most patients experience only mild ear pressure during compression, easily relieved by yawning or swallowing.
Why Choose Our Southwest San Antonio Clinic

Most patients are seen within 48 hours of their first call.
