Medicare & Most Major Insurance Plans Accepted
Medicare and most major insurers cover HBOT for these specific conditions. Our physicians evaluate whether your wound or condition qualifies.
Wagner Grade 3+ ulcers not improving after 30 days of standard wound care.
Osteoradionecrosis, radiation cystitis, radiation proctitis, and soft tissue radionecrosis.
Chronic bone infection unresponsive to standard antibiotic and surgical treatment.
Failed or failing skin grafts and flaps — HBOT improves survival and reduces necrosis.
Acute traumatic ischemia and severe crush injuries requiring enhanced oxygen delivery.
Clostridial myonecrosis and select serious infections requiring hyperoxygenation.
Air or gas bubbles trapped in the bloodstream, causing dangerous blockages. HBOT reduces bubble size and restores circulation.
Including cases from smoke inhalation or faulty exhaust. HBOT rapidly clears carbon monoxide from blood and tissues, preventing long-term neurological damage.
Commonly known as 'the bends,' affecting divers who surface too quickly. HBOT dissolves residual nitrogen bubbles and restores normal tissue oxygenation.
Exceptional blood loss when blood transfusions are not an option. HBOT delivers dissolved oxygen directly into plasma, sustaining tissues until red blood cells recover.
A localized pocket of infection in the brain. HBOT enhances antibiotic effectiveness and supports healing in this delicate, hard-to-reach area.
Severe 'flesh-eating' bacterial infections that destroy skin and underlying tissue. HBOT halts toxin production and supports surgical and antibiotic treatment.
Severe burns from fire, electricity, or chemicals. HBOT reduces swelling, fights infection, and accelerates skin graft integration and wound closure.
Sudden, severe blockage of blood flow to the retina. HBOT delivers oxygen to oxygen-starved retinal tissue, potentially preserving vision when treated promptly.
Unexplained, rapid hearing loss in one or both ears. HBOT increases oxygen supply to the inner ear, supporting recovery when treatment begins early.
Every step is physician-led, insurance-verified, and designed around your healing — here's exactly what to expect from your first call through your final session.
Phase 1
Call (830) 371-1776 or submit your appointment request online. No referral required — though we welcome physician referrals and coordinate with your primary doctor.
Our care team contacts you within 24 hours to schedule your physician evaluation. Most new patients are seen within 48 hours.
A board-certified hyperbaric physician examines your wound, reviews your medical history, and determines whether HBOT is right for your condition.
Our care coordinators verify your Medicare or insurance coverage and handle prior authorizations before treatment begins — no financial surprises.
Phase 2
You receive a custom HBOT plan with session frequency and duration — typically 20–40 sessions, each 60–120 minutes, scheduled Monday through Thursday.
You lie comfortably in a clear hyperbaric chamber, breathing 100% pure oxygen at 2–3× atmospheric pressure. You can see out, communicate with staff, watch TV, or nap. Every session is physician-supervised.

Our care team prepares each patient for a comfortable, supervised HBOT session.
10–15× more oxygen reaches your damaged tissue — stimulating new blood vessel growth, fighting infection, and accelerating wound closure. Most patients see measurable improvement in wounds that resisted standard care.
