Joe DiRenzo

Joe DiRenzo brings extensive executive leadership experience in healthcare operations, finance, and organizational growth. Before joining Hill Country Wound Care & Hyperbarics, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the largest privately owned wound care and hyperbaric network in Texas.

Joe began his career in corporate finance at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center—one of the nation's leading health systems—and quickly developed a passion for supporting complex healthcare operations. During more than a decade at UPMC, he worked across its hospital network, helping clinical and operational leaders strengthen performance and improve care delivery to achieve better patient outcomes.

Over the past decade, Joe has focused on bringing high-quality, lower-cost outpatient healthcare into the communities where patients live. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Rehabilitation and Health Services, a multistate physical therapy network, and held a senior financial leadership role at HearingLife, a national hearing care organization. For the past five years, his work has centered on wound care and hyperbaric medicine.

Joe firmly believes that access to high-quality healthcare should not depend on a patient's ability to afford hospital-level costs or travel outside their community. By bringing advanced, lower-cost outpatient care closer to home, Hill Country can remove barriers that too often leave patients untreated and give more people the opportunity to heal, regain their independence, and live full, meaningful lives.
